    • To work closely with senior managers to develop & implement new energy efficient systems in the existing & new housing stock.

    • To assist when necessary the gas maintenance contract, arranging new/replacement gas supplies, undertaking pre and post inspection of contractor work where necessary.
    • To undertake audits, pre and post inspections of tenant installations and advise on compliance with legislation.
    • To undertake surveys for proposed work, producing specification documents if required.
    • Responsible for managing and monitoring the maintenance contracts ensuring work is undertaken to the right standard and on time, also ensuring that best value for money is achieved in the operation of the contracts.
