    You will oversee a team of HRBPs across several sites throughout London and the South. Each site has a client base circa 200-300 comprising of support staff in NHS sites. The Regional Senior HRBP will liaise with senior managers and stakeholders across the business and with NHS counterparts on a variety of issues including -

    Experience of working in a highly unionised environment is essential.

    The role is based in London but several sites are located throughout the South. Travel to site will be required occasionally but most of the role will be based from home or in the London office. A car allowance is included in the package.
