    Reporting to the Director of Reward you will be responsible for:

    • Working with team colleagues, provide support and expertise in relation to executive remuneration related matters.
    • Provide papers and advice and contribute to the Remuneration Committee ("Remco")'s role in the proper governance of executive remuneration.
    • Support the annual performance and compensation review process in relation to Directors' Compensation (Group Chairman, Executive, Non-Executive and other senior management) as appropriate. Including analysis of market intelligence for relevant individuals and committees.
    • Contribute to suggesting and implementing improvements consistent with best practice in relation to the Directors' Remuneration Report in the Annual Report and Accounts ("ARA") as well as other disclosures in the ARA (such as summary on directors' remuneration shares notes) the associated external Group / Bank remuneration disclosures and Notice of Annual General Meeting.
    • Manage templates for regulatory reporting in relation to share plan arrangements and Directors' Compensation (including Directors' Remuneration Report tables on Single Figure, prior year emoluments and proposed remuneration) including reviewing best practice.
    • Support with the preparation of briefing materials for the Chairman and Remco in preparation for Annual General Meeting.
