Srikumar Rao, the author of Happiness at Work, says the biggest obstacle to happiness is simply your belief that you're the prisoner of circumstance, powerless to the things that happen to you. We’ve reviewed his book as well as The Art of Happiness at Work by Dalai Lama XIV, and Howard C. Cutler to help you on the road to being happier and more fulfilled at work.
