Putting something back into our local community is important to FIRSTPLUS. The company formed Putting Cardiff Kids FIRST when it was less than one year old to be a responsible member of the community and to involve staff in a worthwhile project.

FIRSTPLUS invites applications for grants from organisations that benefit children in the Cardiff area. A panel of staff considers each application and makes awards.

Staff raise the money for Putting Cardiff Kids FIRST themselves and the company matches it pound for pound. Over 100,000 has been given to more than 110 good causes since 1998.
