Reward is a key component of the employment proposition at FIRSTPLUS. We offer a highly competitive reward package based on Total Reward, which incorporates all aspects of reward: base salary, bonus systems, benefits and extrinsic benefits such as career development and study support.

Our salaries are positioned at median to upper quartile within the market. Salaries are reviewed annually. Base salary can increase significantly if skills and capabilities are maximised for the benefit of FIRSTPLUS.

All colleagues are eligible for either an annual or monthly bonus. FIRSTPLUS bonus schemes are geared towards providing significant bonuses to recognise contribution and performance. Many of our best performers are achieving levels of bonus which enable them to earn total cash packages (salary plus bonus) well into the top earnings for our sector.
