At Grant Thornton, we combine first-class work opportunities with an open, friendly and supportive environment. We organise regular social and sporting activities within teams, practice areas and across offices to help staff to get to know each other. We have an active corporate social responsibility programme, through which staff can take part in local, national and international initiatives. These have included a diverse range of activities - from fundraising and charity events to recycling programmes, house building and volunteer work at schools.
I think that Grant Thornton’s culture is one of its strongest attributes. Everyone is very friendly. They’re a lively bunch of people who are passionate about what they do. It’s a great environment.
