We have made significant investments in the first-rate training and development that we offer. We encourage all our staff to use these resources to build their business attributes and personal skills. At our national residential training centre at Bradenham Manor near London, we deliver technical training and management skills courses, which are available to all staff.

Our culture and structure enable you to make your mark and progress to senior positions quickly. There are opportunities to work on secondment with specialist teams to broaden your skills and experience. We can also arrange secondments to clients, banks, government departments and intermediary organisations, which can offer an insight into the wider world of business from an external perspective.
We have a unique electronic appraisal system to facilitate bi-annual, one-on-one feedback and objective setting directly with your line manager. If you have the potential and appetite for accelerated development, you'll be given help and support at our development centres to unearth and develop skills that could take you to the highest positions in the firm.
