Diversity at Parker means embracing the differences that exist in all stakeholders, including our employees, customers, suppliers and communities worldwide. Every company has a particular culture or atmosphere that is unique to it. As we learn to value our diversity, we must also remain aware of that which we hold in common. Specifically, the important values of our corporate culture are an important part of our history and tradition.
