Michael Page?s investment strategy made clear

Five good reasons to work at CIMA

1. Pay and reward

We want CIMA to be a rewarding place to work both in terms of job satisfaction and reward levels. That’s why we believe it is imperative for our employees to receive the appropriate rewards and benefits so that we continue to attract and retain the right calibre of people. We know that pay and benefits form part of what attracts people to a company and our intention is to reward at an appropriate level to achieve this. In our latest employee survey 90% of our people said that overall they enjoy working at CIMA.

CIMA offers an array of competitive benefits that encourage career development and facilitate a positive working environment. In addition to salary, we have a range of flexible benefits available to our employees called My Benefits with access to pension scheme, life assurance, permanent health insurance, critical illness cover, BUPA medical cover, dental insurance and many more.

2. Learning and development

CIMA people are vital to the development and delivery of our business objectives. At CIMA we invest in our people and strive to provide learning and development opportunities for all employees to achieve work objectives and individual goals. All employees are given the opportunity to become involved in the planning, progress and evaluation of their own development and to take shared responsibility for ensuring that learning happens, both on and off the job.

3. Work environment

CIMA is committed to ensuring that it offers the best working environment possible to employees. We have fully air-conditioned offices near Victoria in London with a subsidised restaurant on site. Our investments in technology allow you to focus on driving our business.

We recognise that work relationships bring together our staff, and increase our performance  and we therefore ensure that our wide range of social events take place throughout the year, bringing together employees with different expertise, skills and knowledge. It is through this informal networking that ideas grow and new and improved ways of working are developed. At CIMA we find the best ideas come from our employees.

4. A global organisation with global opportunities

CIMA is a global organisation with offices in 12 countries around the world. We currently support 164,000 students and members and as this number grows so will your career with us. From time to time as part of your role you may be required to travel to other CIMA overseas locations or CIMA events in the UK.

5. Supporting our staff

All employees are encouraged to contribute to the efficient running of CIMA through CIMA Voice. The formation of CIMA Voice promotes our professional ethos; it is an information and consultation group that exists to improve mechanisms for communication and consultation across CIMA.

We also provide a 24 hour employee assistance programme where employees can seek advice, discuss any problems (whether work related or not) in a confidential manner.
