CIMA is a global organisation with offices in 12 countries around the world. We currently support 164,000 students and members and as this number grows so will your career with us. From time to time as part of your role you may be required to travel to other CIMA overseas locations or CIMA events in the UK.
5. Supporting our staff
All employees are encouraged to contribute to the efficient running of CIMA through CIMA Voice. The formation of CIMA Voice promotes our professional ethos; it is an information and consultation group that exists to improve mechanisms for communication and consultation across CIMA.
We also provide a 24 hour employee assistance programme where employees can seek advice, discuss any problems (whether work related or not) in a confidential manner.
