Our people are our greatest asset. Of course! Hand-picked over the past six years, most have achieved something special in their lives - flown helicopters, seen live action behind enemy lines, climbed mountains, represented their club, county or country, cycled in the Tour de France. Many have one or two further languages in addition to English. Racially diverse, the team are drawn from 10 countries in Europe, Australasia and the Americas. A large number have worked in a number of countries, making them more rounded as individuals and making Boxwood a more diverse, broad-minded community.
Skills and background
100% of the Delivery Team have a first degree, many with First Class honors, 65% in an engineering or science based discipline. 40% have an MBA (one has an MBE) and some have PhD’s and further industry-specific qualifications. From a wide range of industries – submarines to margarine – they have run factories, armies, supply chains, oil rigs, construction sites, marketing campaigns, improvement programmes, their own businesses - even iron man marathons!
