For graduates seeking a career in Compliance we usually look for people with either a Legal or Accounting degree/background. Candidates would preferably also have some banking experience or financial services product knowledge.
We have a proven track record of placing all levels of compliance professional from a Compliance junior gaining their first step on the career ladder up to Global Head of Compliance level within all type of Financial Services firm. (Salaries range from £20,000 upwards).
