Managerial and technical skills required
Michael Page Technology covers two distinct areas:
- The recruitment of middle to senior management positions, where the business and management skills of the candidates becomes more important than just their technical competence. Typical roles at these levels would be consultants, business analysts, project managers, middle to senior managers, heads of department and directors.
- The recruitment of IT professionals where a core technical competence is required, such as: Internet development; PC development, RDBMS, technical training, technical testing, networking, communications, helpdesk and technical support.
