As a market leading professional recruitment consultancy we consider it the responsibility of Michael Page International to make a positive contribution to society. Below are some of the innovative ways in which we are trying to make a difference:

A member of the FTSE4Good Index for having met specific criteria relating to environmental sustainability, good corporate citizenship and shareholder relations and support of human rights.
Committed to optimising the use of energy, ensuring the efficient use of materials, encouraging re-use and recycling and incorporating the principle of sustainable development.
Supporting employees who took part in the ‘Three Peaks Challenge’. CARE Challenge Series is the fundraising arm of CARE International UK. The highest profile and most challenging CARE Challenge event in Britain is the Three Peaks challenge; to scale the highest peak of Scotland, England and Wales respectively – within 24 hours. 18 Michael Page employees took part in this highly exhilarting, gruelling challenge. The event did more than just raise money for CARE International (£7000). It was a tremendous team-building exercise for colleagues. New friendships were forged, and a genuine spirit of achievement and endeavour was clear to all.
Staff are actively encouraged to contribute to charity under a ‘give as you earn’ scheme, which is matched pound for pound.
Partnering with The Brokerage Citylink, a City led initiative reflecting the commitment of the business community to inner City neighbourhoods
