The Corporate Finance team recruit Corporate Finance professionals into a wide range of financial institutions, from Analyst level up to Managing Director. Typically, candidates will come from another Corporate Finance function but we also have the ability to source candidates from a broad range of backgrounds such as Accounting, Strategic and Management Consulting, Corporates and Legal. Aside from Mergers and Acquisitions, we have also successfully recruited professionals into both Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Broking teams across the City, again at all levels from Analyst to Director.
Secondary market Equities have been covered by Michael Page Financial Services for over 10 years, focusing on research and sales. We have a proven record at all levels in these markets from ACAs entering investment banking, to senior Sector Heads. Our assignments are diverse; including advertised mandates to source multiple candidates and bespoke searches.
Private Equity recruitment also sits within the Corporate Finance team's capability. This is a market which has seen recent growth and is currently engaged on a number of senior level mandates.
The team is experienced in handling both single and multiple recruitment assignments across the market spectrum and have a reputation for selection expertise that is second to none, built on a consistent track record and a proactive approach.

Richard Tombs, Manager – Corporate Finance & Equities
Richard is an Economics graduate who worked within the foreign exchange markets of London and Singapore, trading FX swaps for some 12 years. On joining Michael Page in 1999, Richard mainly worked in Equity Research and Sales recruitment, while also looking at FX and Treasury Sales roles. In 2005 Richards focus moved to Primary Markets encompassing M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital while also having responsibility for secondary equity markets.
