Michael Page International Refer a Friend General Terms
The Michael Page International ("MPI") Refer A Friend Scheme is open and available to individuals who are registered with MPI.
The Michael Page International MPI Refer A Friend Scheme Does not apply to individuals already known to or are registered with MPI on the date of the referral.
There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
Unless stated otherwise in the details of the Refer A Friend campaign, the Refer A Friend prize/award will only be awarded if the referred individual is registered and placed by MPI and must complete at least 3 months of temporary work or in a permanent role. Details of each Refer a Friend campaign shall be stated on the mailshot or e-shot.
No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the award/prize is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available.
The Refer A Friend Scheme is only available in the country where the offer is made.
The Refer A Friend Scheme shall be subject to the special terms included in the Refer A Friend Scheme details or advertised material. These special terms shall include but not be limited to (1) industry or market specific details, (2) expiration date, (3) geographic restrictions.
MPI reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the Refer A Friend Scheme at any time without notice.

The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these terms shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, MPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE MPI REFER A FRIEND SCHEME.
These conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
