Ronita Patel is Associate Director of Michael Page Legal and Offshore and specialises in Partnership recruitment.
Ronita is a qualified Solicitor having qualified in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. She worked in Private Practice and In-house at National Australia Bank, Sydney prior to her successful recruitment career.
Ronita joined Michael Page in 2005 and has worked in London and Australia. She is currently based in London and is Associate Director of Michael Page Legal & Offshore managing both the Private Practice and Offshore teams. Having gained 9 years of professional recruitment experience predominantly in the Legal Sector, the last 6 years with Michael Page International she also leads the Michael Page Legal Partnership team which focuses on Senior Associates to Partnership appointments, lateral Partner and team hires throughout the Private Practice market.

Adele Somers
Adele Somers is a Regional Manager in Michael Page Legal and specialises in the Private Practice Market
Adele joined Michael Page Legal in 2003 as a graduate from the University of Surrey having studied Medical Biochemistry. Since then she has developed her career with Michael Page through successfully specialising in the full range of Legal markets on offer within the East and West Midlands. Currently Adele manages the Midlands Legal team whilst specialising herself within the Private Practice market with particular focus on Senior and Partnership level appointments. Her clients cover the full range of small to medium sized firms up to the more established top tier firms based within the Midlands.

Luc Salmon
Luc Salmon is a Regional Manager in Michael Page Legal covering the Reading and Bristol offices.
Luc has been a consultant in Michael Page Legal for 6 years. Prior to this Luc qualified as a lawyer and reached five years pqe before deciding to embark upon a career in recruitment. Luc has recruited a range of legal candidates into both Private Practice and In House.
Luc has had particular success recruiting into all the major Legal 100 practices in the Thames Valley including Olswang, Osborne Clarke, Manches and Shoosmiths. He has a strong Partner network and has worked on a number of successful senior mandates.

Luc studied a BA in Economics before attending The College of Law, Guildford, to complete the CPE and LPC.

Mike Smith
Mike Smith is a Regional Manager in the Leeds office.
Mike covers Yorkshire and the North East region. He joined Michael Page in 2005 having previously worked at Eversheds in Leeds. He concentrates on recruiting Senior Solicitors / Partners into Private Practice firms across his region. Recent Partner placements have been in national law firms, medium and small regional practices.

Martin Vowden
Martin Vowden is a Regional Manager in the North-West.
