Much has changed since our last Consultancy, Strategy & Change salary survey was published in late 2007. A whole new vocabulary has entered the English language and we’re all instant experts on the vagaries of the credit crunch and toxic debt – however good candidates are still in demand and there are skill shortages in certain markets.

Continued strong demand for our quality led approach allowed us to grow our team in 2008, where we now have 3 separate specialisms within our division: Industry & Commerce, Financial Services and Public Sector.
