Name: Li Ann Grainge
Position: Manager, Policy
Role: Li Ann leads the Policy team specialising in Not-for-Profit, Charities, Trade Bodies and Central Government, with a remit that covers both Temporary and Permanent recruitment across the UK.
Experience: Li Ann joined Michael Page in 2005 as part of the Legal division, recruiting lawyers at all levels into Private Practice. She set up the specialist Newly Qualified team which quickly became a leader in its field.
In 2008 Li Ann joined the Policy division and established a second team concentrating on the Not-for-Profit sector, Trade Associations and Central Government.
Prior to joining Michael Page, Li Ann worked in both the Policy and Legal fields. Li Ann was a trainee with one of the City law firms and also spent time at the House of Commons as a researcher.
