Name: Nilesh Lad 
Position: Consultant, Policy
Role: Nilesh recruits Policy professionals into organisations across the Public and Not-for-Profit sectors with a particular focus on Housing and Education. His remit covers both Temporary and Permanent positions.
Experience: Nilesh began his career at Michael Page in 2007, working with Local Government organisations. He then shifted his focus to develop an extensive network of clients in the Education and Housing markets, placing a number of roles created as a result of the Government’s further education Policy agenda.
Nilesh’s clients include Sector Skills Councils, professional membership organisations and some of the leading housing associations.
Prior to joining Michael Page, Nilesh worked for an executive agency of the Department of Work and Pensions and then spent a year in the Far-East teaching English as a foreign language.
