Simon Lindrea, regional director
Simon trained as a solicitor before joining Michael Page Financial Services in August 1996 as a contract and temp consultant. Assuming a management role in 1998, he was responsible for recruiting permanent CFOs, FDs, financial controllers and heads of department. In 2001, Simon was promoted to director of the finance and accounting teams with a remit that covered all financial services recruitment within the greater London area. Simon is now a regional director within Michael Page Financial Services.
Kirstin MacLaren, associate director
Kirstin has worked with Michael Page Financial Services for ten years, specialising in permanent finance recruitment. She has managed our finance team for the last five years and worked on a number of senior mandates for niche financial services houses, as well as on multiple
vacancy campaigns for bulge bracket retail, commercial and investment banks for which she has sourced candidates both nationally and internationally.
Kirstin also manages our permanent finance hedge fund and asset management business.
Recent successful assignments have included:
- Hiring a COO for a leading UK regulator - FT advertisement and online media
- Head of regulatory for a leading international bank - retained assignment
- Volume campaign for a leading UK bank - attracting blue chip backgrounds and commercial candidates via the Michael Page database
