Primary Teaching Jobs
The National Curriculum is based on four key stages, with Primary school teachers responsible for:
- Reception: Ages 4-5
- Key stage 1: Ages 5-7 (Years 1-2)
- Key stage 2: Ages 7-11 (Years 3-6)
Primary school teachers develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives, facilitating learning and fostering appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children according to their age, ability and aptitude.
Michael Page Education understands Primary teaching. Our dedicated consultants, some of whom are ex-teachers, have a track record of recruiting across the board, from Learning Support to School Leadership roles.
