Sonal began her career at Michael Page in 2005, sourcing and collating CVs, handling responses and providing broad administrative assistance to the team. Sonal’s role also included monitoring and reporting responses from associates and clients for senior campaigns and marketing promotions. Analysis and research has now become a fundamental and valued aspect of Sonal’s role, allowing campaigns to reflect a clear understanding of the target audience. Away from work, Sonal has a keen interest in dance and enjoys the theatre.

Mike joined Michael Page on the graduate scheme after gaining a degree in American History and Literature from the University of Manchester. Having worked on both temporary and permanent positions across the public and not for profit sector, Mike was responsible for setting up our NHS specialist team. His market knowledge and understanding of the nuances and challenges faced by the NHS means Mike is perfectly suited to recruit the interim managers responsible for driving the ongoing change within the health and social care sector. Mike’s commitment to his associates and clients alike is unparalleled, and his diligent, pragmatic approach means he is well known for consistently delivering the best possible outcome on an assignment. Alf joined Michael Page from a multi-national recruiter having specialised in recruiting for the public sector. At Michael Page, Alf has continued to focus
on this area due to his passion for the sector and a desire to contribute to the improvement of our public services. Recently, Alf has supplied Director level staff to “watch dog” organisations including Monitor, Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission. In addition, he has been instrumental in supplying staff to not-for-profit organisations and government organisations that support commissioning and the provision of social care strategy. Alf is in an ideal position to deliver high quality consultative solutions to his key clients. Away from work, Alf is interested in cooking and European history and is unfortunate to follow Northampton Town FC!

An experienced recruiter, Lara has a strong track record of delivering
interim and permanent appointments for the public sector, most recently taking the lead for interim management positions at second and third tier levels for a niche health & social care recruitment firm. Prior to this, Lara worked as a corporate fundraiser for two leading charitable organizations and managed a team of four consultants focusing on regeneration and policy appointments at a multi-national recruitment consultancy. She is known for her professionalism, sector knowledge and the ability to forge long-standing relationships with clients and associates alike. An English Literature graduate, Lara has a predilection for poetry, film, theatre, walking and marathons.

Philip originally came from a background within the marine industry where his qualifications and experience led to him being fast-tracked into operational management for a multi-site overseas yacht charter and brokerage company. Focused on building his training and management skills in global locations, he has developed a very confident and consultative approach to business and client interaction. His ability to adapt to new environments and ways of working, coupled with his interests in politics and new business solutions spurred his interest in Michael Page’s health and social care business. Philip is dedicated to providing a high level of service and establishing long lasting client and associate relationships. Away from work, Philip enjoys sailing, playing squash and anything competitive!
