My client is a world class Facilities Management Service Provider with an enviable reputation in the market.

Job Description

The Account Director - IFM will be expected to work at the leading edge of service delivery and settle for nothing but excellence, bringing with them new and innovative ways of working. They will have a strong vein of service excellence and understanding of '5* Customer Journey' running through their career and have a real passion for delivering to a client with a similar outlook. Other duties include:

-Operational delivery of multiple service lines (IFM) across a multi million pound portfolio
-Commercial delivery against group expectations
-Managing pipeline and hitting yearly growth targets
-Ongoing management of an extremely high profile client
-Management of a large and complex business structure
-Ensure provision of a healthy and safe working environment
-Ensuring optimum staffing levels against cost reduction and service excellence
-Ensure policy, statutory and contractual commitments are met
-Full budgetary control
-Strategic development of the business

The Successful Applicant

The successful Account Director will evidence the following:

- Clearly settles for nothing less than Outstanding. Truly understands, lives and breather service excellence
- Outstanding stakeholder management both internally and externally with the ability and appetite to lead and manage complex and political relationships to a favourable outcome
- Truly inspirational leader and innovator who constantly evolves and develops their business rather than maintain the status quo
- Able to manage the expectations of leading a flagship sector with and enviable client base and be seen as outstanding in their field both internally and externally
- Real drive to grow a business unit

- Ideally currently managing a £10m + Account for a Commercial/Professional services client
