About Our Client

Our client is a market-leading Business Process Outsourcing business operating in the Charity Sector.

Job Description


The Account Director will:

  • Retain an existing portfolio of clients
  • Grow client revenue in line with the Sales Strategy
  • Provide exceptional client service and own the client relationship
  • Ensure the client receives relevant support with programme strategy
  • Demonstrate leadership and be ultimately accountable for all client matters
  • Have operational discipline and use commercial judgement
  • This role is office based, for a minimum of 3 days per week near Bath and 2 days out and about meeting clients. The role will require flexibility, the Account Director's direct reports will be office based and the majority of your client will be based in Central London.

The Successful Applicant


The Account Director will:

  • Have a strong track record in Relationship Management
  • Have a proven, campaign management background
  • Have a strong commercial acumen
  • Have proven team leadership skillsÂ
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Be a confident presenter
  • Be a self starter
  • Be resourceful
  • Have ideally worked in, or sold into the Charity Sector or Direct Mail
  • Be based in commuting distance of the Head Office.
