About Our Client

Our client is a leading private healthcare solutions provider selling into Hospitals and Primary Care.

Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for Primary Care and GP relationships in a designated South West territory, and the liaison between Primary Care and the Business Development Manager responsible for the Hospital Relationships.

The GP territory will be defined, and the Account Manager will be targeted on motivational sales, and referrals via Referral Secretaries, Practice Managers, and to promote the organisation's products.

This is a field-based position.

The Successful Applicant

The Account Manager will:

  • Have Key Account Management experience including stakeholder engagement
  • Have a background in healthcare
  • Have a proven track record in customer relations management / business to business sales
  • Have worked with GPs and other primary care referrers
  • Clinical knowledge is an advantage
  • Proven sales success
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability
  • Degree education is a plus
