My client is an industry-leading PR agency who specialise in property, planning and regeneration projects. The role on offer sits in one of the client's regional offices, in Manchester.

Job Description

My client is looking for an Account Manager to contribute to a number of prominent communication and consultation projects. Other tasks will include client relations, stakeholder relations and media liaison, contributing to a tight knit team of experts.

Their portfolio of clients spans number of sectors including (but not exclusive to) retail, housing, leisure, commercial and retirement homes. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to new business across these sectors, as well as lead on existing client accounts.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communications skills across a range of different audiences, coupled with an interest in the UK property industry. Ideally from an agency background, the successful candidate will be experienced at managing multiple client accounts to tight deadlines.

A good understanding of the local political landscape is essential, and proficiency with digital channels will be a plus.
