Job Description

This particular hire is an Account Manager. In actual fact, they need two!

Both through growth of an account, which is always the best reason to add to their team.

The role has the below responsibilities:

  • To build new and existing relationships. With both clients and internal
  • To manage creative concepts through to delivery
  • To manage a small team of junior Account Executives. Work distribution/ quality checking etc
  • To identify opportunities for commercial growth from your clients.
  • Have the ability to write and understand creative briefs
  • Lead client meetings and challenge the clients thinking where appropriate

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the role, the below skills / experience are essential:

  • At least 2 years agency experience. Ideally within a retail space
  • Experience managing junior members of the team
  • A commercial, sharp mind, familiar with budget handling
  • A strong communicator, both internally and externally.
  • A natural self starter, with a passion to grow your accounts.
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Very well organised and capable of multitasking at a high standard
