About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing Property Maintenance and Management organisation.

Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and winning sales opportunities from existing clients, and winning new clients across the South West Territory, working closely with the operations team to ensure serviceable quality business is won.

Assigned to approximately 20 existing clients, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships, representing the entire range of the organisation's products and services.

In addition, the Account Manager will win new clients across key target growth sectors such as local authorities, housing associations, health care, financial services, developers and investors.

The Account Manager will manage a sales pipeline process via Sales Force to ensure the clients and key prospects have regular contact.

The Successful Applicant

The Account Manager will:

Have a proven successful B2B sales background

Have proof of success in a B2B sales environment

Have knowledge of working across different sectors

Have excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills

Be a self-starter

Be based in commuting distance of Bristol
