They pride themselves on their approach and working environment. An agency of around 50 heads in Leeds alone, all of which share the same attitude and desire to create campaigns that are recognised nationally and worldwide.

Job Description

As you would expect from an established Account Manager role, it is a demanding, fast paced and crucial role to ensure the relationships and account are maintained and developed.

Typical responsibilities would be to understand the client and their needs; Understand the target audiences; be able to offer suggestions/creative input; take and write creative briefs; Manage work load within budgets and deadlines; Successfully distribute work to the Account Executive population; Grow the account financially; Communicate to the highest standard, written and verbal, internal and external; Be fun, sociable and outgoing!

The Successful Applicant

If you'd like to be considered for the Account Management role, the please ensure you have the below skills / experience before applying:

  • A minimum 2 years agency experience within a retail / Shopper / FMCG market
  • Familiar with the pace of working with multiple clients.
  • Capable of building relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience of taking and writing creative briefs
  • Commercially astute and comfortable working with strict budgets
  • A natural self starter with a desire / passion for delivering consistently faultless work
  • Flawless attention to detail is essential
  • A drive to mentor / manage an Account Executive
  • Comfortable being client facing
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
