A growing industry leader, based in South Manchester that handles the marketing needs of reputable, global brands. My client, is diversifying from traditionally an insurance background, and is now expanding into other markets, therefore requires additional staff to support this growth.

An independent agency, that have clear growth plans for the next 24 months. Passionate about developing their talent internally, and a great platform to gain multi channel experience and sector experience.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain relationships with the largest global brands through exceptional account management, and customer service with multiple clients.
  • Adding considerable value to the business by increasing revenue within existing accounts, whilst abiding to strict compliance laws.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients goals, services, and marketing strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement within the immediate team, and themselves.
  • Balance revenue, client satisfaction and operational responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Responsible for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

The Successful Applicant

The account manager will be driven, with a desire to challenge themselves and further their career potential while supporting the growth of the business.

Key attributes include:

  • Proven exposure to a multitude of channels.
  • Open to agency or client side experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working with major international brands, with the ability to develop lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and openness to providing feedback to help improve the business.
  • You'll bring forward ideas, as well as demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic and pressurised environment.
  • Commercially astute as you'll be working to strict budgets
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Natural self starter and team player - approachable style.
  • Passionate about developing less experienced team members
