Job Description

My client is looking for an Account Manager to take responsibility for the commercial relationship with their existing client's and manage the company's key accounts. As Account Manager you will meet revenue and gross profit targets as well as focus on up selling and new business opportunities. You will build upon the loyal customer base and developing a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business through client meetings, presentations, account analysis and telephone calls to maximise revenue. Weekly, monthly reports on account activity will be initial as well as overseeing customer satisfaction and improvement plans.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Requirements

. Previous Account Management experience within an IT Services organisation is desirable

. Proven experience of maintaining and developing client relationships

. Strong IT / Technical knowledge

. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)

. Professional and proactive approach with the drive to succeed
