About Our Client

Our client is an innovative residential property and housing business that develops relationships between Public and Private Organisation's to provide affordable housing across the UK

In partnership with a leading Local Authority and backed by significant pension fund investment, the team are building their network of national and regional developers, engaging with Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Their investment strategy is long term based on implementing a unique suite of housing solutions that will drive significant shared ownership affordable housing in the UK.

Job Description

Based from our clients luxurious Chelsea office, the Acquisitions Executive will manage the transactions process delivering our clients products to the market.

You will be responsible for concluding deals on your own portfolio within a given time frame. This role will be fast paced and all about delivery. Our client is looking for ambitious and driven individuals that thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Acquisitions Executive will be able to display the following skills, qualities and attributes:

  • Three years minimum in a acquisitions or transactions role (or similar line of work)
  • Experience in managing residential transactions and conveyance process
  • Ability to work to deadlines efficiently
  • A track record of a diverse portfolio of residential sales
  • Experience in client facing, the ability to deal with a wide demographic of client and costumers
