Job Description

Michael Page Marketing are delighted to be recruiting this exciting Advertising Manager Position with one of the leading Financial Services providers in the UK.

This role reporting to the Customer Acquisition Manager will develop and deliver advertising programmes to increase propensity to buy from the Group's brands, and achieve channel, product and campaign objectives.

Working with the media agencies to optimise & manage media schedules to support advertising campaigns and creative agencies to develop compelling, customer focused advertising which achieves brand targets and drives response.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates for this role will have the following:

* Extensive experience of offline media channels including; TV, Radio, Outdoor, National and Regional Press
* An in-depth understanding of offline traditional advertising media and emerging technology in broadcast such as VOD and AdSmart
* Experience of using results tracking tools such as Response Tap and Ad Insight (or similar) to evaluate campaign.
* A strong ability to assess creative quality
* The ability to assess media performance and ROI
* The ability to design and manage offline and integrated advertising campaigns
* Have taken propositions and used them to create advertising campaigns and media plans
* Experience of developing offline advertising campaigns as part of wider integrated campaigns
* Experience of Briefing and managing creative and media agencies
* Strong analytical and communication skills
