Job Description

  • Execute the go-to-market plan and approach for the Alliances channel.
  • Segment existing and potential partners within your assigned territory in to groups based on priority and partner type
  • Develop the proposition for your accounts, identifying expectations and value on both sides
  • On-going and proactive management, education and enabling of qualified channel partners in order to achieve the business sales objectives.
  • Create, manage and develop key relationships with existing and/or potential partners
  • Build, maintain and report on a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Complete complex contract negotiations and license agreements
  • Proactively organize activities such as marketing campaigns, enablement training, pipeline calls, business plan reviews.
  • Be the conduit for the Partner in to the appropriate resources
  • Adhere to all EDQ policies, governance and best practices.
  • Take on other duties and responsibilities as required for the achievement of the team targets. These may be short-term, project based, or longer term as appropriate.
  • Provide the highest levels of diligence, professionalism and work ethic
  • Act as a role model to peers.





  • Regular travel in the UK is required

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have driven significant and proven revenue growth through the acquisition and management of partner relationships in previous companies
  • Ability to develop territory and account plans, marketing programs, on-boarding/enablement plans and propositions
  • Significant experience of recruiting, managing, on-boarding external channel partners in the Systems Integrator, BPO/ITO, Advisory firm space
  • Outstanding: communication, relationship building, presentation, negotiation, business planning, pipeline management and people management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Solid network of contacts in appropriate Alliance channel partners as described above
