Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Tasks are broken down into two main areas and include but are not limited to:

  • Architectural Project Administration
  • Managing enquiries and responses to CI related questions received through a global email helpdesk
  • Processing and uploading project documentation/drawing reviews to the HUB
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system for projects/drawings reviewed
  • Download projects uploaded to the HUB for architectural review
  • Issue responses from the weekly GFORS deviation meetings to the Regional CI Managers
  • Managing a samples library for material samples received from the markets
  • Studio Support
  • Printing/copying of documents
  • Ad hoc administrative support at the warehouse as required
  • General support and administration support to the team including the ability to create and send well written emails and letter correspondence

The Successful Applicant

The role provides technical architectural administration support and is ideal for someone looking to expand their already existing knowledge from an architectural and automotive background.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous experience working in an Architecture/Construction/Engineering office as a Project Administrator/Document Controller or a Part I Qualified Architect
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Must posses the ability to create and send well written emails and letter correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
  • Design/branding background would be highly advantageous
  • Strong MS user, competent with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to use and draw in CAD and use Indesign
  • Photoshop would be advantageous
  • An understanding of automotive retail is desirable
  • A driving licence/own transport would be advantageous as the office location is difficult to access via public transport
