About Our Client

Our Client is a Fast Food Franchise who have recently been invested in for growth. They have a flat structure at the moment however will be adding Regional roles to their structure down the line. They will be recruiting this post internally.

Job Description

As an Area Manager you will be in charge of 8 branches and £12 million in turnover across Lincolnshire.

The role will be around ensuring each unit hits the necessary hygiene, service and site standards via recruiting, training and developing a strong team of operators. You will be field based, leading from the font so you can spot variances in each site.

Any new sites in the area that need to be opened will be overseen and developed by the Area Manager with assistance from the new site development team. The business has several brands under their remit, so the ability to move across into a new brand, or up into a regional role is feasible.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be eligible for the role you must meet the following criteria:

- Detail focused, able to spot non compliances

- Sales driven and can show evidence of increasing site turnover and standards

- Strong character and hungry to succeed
