About Our Client

Founded in 1976, the Epwin Group has grown and developed both organically and by acquisition over the last 38 years. It now employs over 2000 people with approximately 1.2 million sq.ft of production and warehousing space and has an annual turnover in excess of £265m.

The Group services the new build, maintenance and improvement sectors of the private and social housing markets and the commercial building sector through a nationwide network of merchants, plastics stockists, window, door, and conservatory fabricators and installers.

Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for growing the turnover and profitability of the business within the allocated territory

The Successful Applicant

  • A construction sales background, selling products to installers, trade and retail counters and fabricators.
  • The individual will show commitment to the Epwin Group achieving and where possible exceeding pre-agreed sales targets.
  • An excellent sales track record with a detailed knowledge of previous sales targets versus revenue generated
  • Previous recognised sales training will be seriously considered
  • Background in developing an Area Business plan outlining what the candidate wants to achieve and how they are going to action it. Territory management and growth will be the candidate's responsibility. They need to treat their territory as if it were their own business
  • You will be highly organised and focused individual to deal directly with window fabricators
  • Professionalism, energy, commitment and dynamic approach will be critical to the candidate's success in the role - representing the business in a positive manner and providing exceptional customer service at all times
