Job Description

The Area Sales Managers for the North of England will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts, as well as looking to introduce new stocking partners. Wera Tools are distributed into a number of market sectors currently, but they are looking for proactive individuals to continue to break into new markets.

You will be tasked with conducting product demonstrations to distribution partners as well as end users. The business are currently experiencing continued rapid growth and so you will need to manage your territory effectively.

  • A proven track record of success in developing accounts
  • A new business approach with experience cultivating business directly.
  • A strong understanding of growing turnover whilst maintaining a strong margin
  • An enthusiastic approach that can inspire and captivate an audience when demonstrating new .
  • Be open to change and improvement when working for an innovative manufacturing organisation.
  • An understanding of 3 tier selling would be a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of the hand tool industry would be advantageous although this is not a pre-requisite.
  • An understanding of CRM systems and / or proficient Excel spreadsheet experience is required.
