Job Description

Artwork Leader/Coordinator job entails:

Project Manager of the artwork initiative across technical, commercial & supply teams

define the plan & tracking system

identify risk

plan to mitigate - escalating to the business as required

Leadership of artwork approval process, connection with TPM's to identify any barriers & leadership of resolution

Manage the plan: adherence, deviations, risk and communication flow

Oversee the key readiness elements for the new artwork development

technical, financial & commercial

Liaise with factory planning & procurement organisations to ensure phase in phase out planning is sufficiently communicated to TPM's & identify any risks involved

Liaise with finance organisation to align on costing basis for products incorporating label saving opportunity through artwork change

Role is based in Ashford

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Artwork Leader/Coordinator will have the following skills:

Project management experience

Technical exposure to artwork development & approval

Strong Microsoft excel

2-3 years project management experience

Additional background in planning/purchasing environment also beneficial

Preferably to have experience of related industry pharmaceutical, paint, food, FMCG
