Job Description

Asset Manager - Property and Housing

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for assisting the Senior Asset Analyst in collecting, collating, analysing and managing asset performance data across the property portfolio.





Key Responsibilties will include:

- To administer the acquisition and disposals process from inception/ financial modelling stage through to legal completion building relationships with estate agents and legal bodies

- To assist the Asset Manager in assessing the financial viability of new opportunities from an financial perspective including the preparation of subsequent Board reports

- To assist the Senior Asset Manager in the collation of property performance data including reporting the outputs on a regular basis

- To lead on the disposal of a range of ad-hoc land assets

The Successful Applicant

Asset Manager - Property and Housing - Merseyside

The successful candidate will:

- Relevant experience within an asset management team analysing stock performance through asset grading

- A track record of analysing stock data

- Degree level education or higher
