Our client have a portfolio of FMCG beauty and skincare products that lead the market across a range of categories. The role is based in the West End offices.

Job Description

The Assistant Brand Manager will work with the Senior Brand Manager to deliver the following brand activity:

    • Manage the execution of all Global Marketing campaigns for the brand,
    • Lead the creation of global marketing campaigns for seasonal or secondary NPD launches
    • Work closely with the UK and EMEA retail and salon network to execute first class TTL activations, including but not limited to: ATL advertising, Promotions, VM, Partnerships, Events and Online/Social.
    • Be the Brand Guardian with key customers across salon and retail
    • Work closely with in country teams to ensure all activity is globally relevant and to adapt plans/assets for activation locally, as appropriate.
    • Own and manage the Global brand calendar, updating and liaising with cross functional
    • Own the global in-store consumer experience, working alongside the Commercial teams and retail partners
    • Oversee the brand's sampling and partnership agenda, building relationships to add value to strategic and tactical Brand campaigns
    • Build strong working relationships with all internal and external parties to amplify all activation and constantly seek out new creative opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The candidate that secures the Assistant Brand Manager role will bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Brand related marketing experience within the beauty industry or related sectors
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Retail sectors
  • Broad experience of the full Marketing mix, with specific experience in campaign management/retail execution and POS/Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure and experience of digital marketing preferable
  • A global thinker
  • Creativity is essential
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong time and budget management
  • Great attention to detail
