Job Description

The Assistant Company Secretary will be assisting the Secretariat Function in discharging the legal, regulatory and corporate governance requirements in a broad ranging role.

As part of a small team, the candidate will get key exposure to a range of stakeholders, legal, compliance and business strategy.

As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will assist the Company Secretarial manager in maintaining all aspects the the Company Secretarial Function.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

- Build rapport and internal relationships with business clients and developing networks

- Have an ability to adapt and apply Company Secretariat skills to support wider business and commercial issues

- Be proactive, able to use initiative, flexible to work with others and able to cope under stress


- Experience of a corporate environment, preferably within the financial services

- ICSA Chartered Secretary Qualified Scheme status desirable
