Job Description

Associate Director - Development Management Team

As an Associate Director you will be working closely with both private and public sector clients and will manage the full life-cycle, from inception through to completion, of all the construction projects.
You will be responsible to take all schemes through to planning, procure and select the contractors and then oversee the overall delivery of the projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- The ability to demonstrate relevant experience across the full development cycle, from project inception/feasibility studies, to preparation of development strategies and through to the design and delivery stages;
- Provide an advisory service to key clients on property development initiatives and lead development projects with minimal supervision;
- Managing and coaching junior members of the team, as well as leadership of project based teams;
- Drive business development activity across the Property sectors with the ability to win new commissions in a period of high growth.

The Successful Applicant

Associate Director - Development Management Team

In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a strong track record in a previously held Development Management position. We will alternatively consider professionals coming from the development consultancy teams of general practice firms with a solid experience in property development.

We are looking for individuals with a strong exposure and experience across a range of property sectors such as Mixed Use, Residential, Housing, Commercial Offices and Retail.
Excellent understanding of preparing development appraisals using Argus or similar developer software, as well as using Excel to undertake financial modelling is a must.
