About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing legal expense insurance provider.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling the organisation's ATE products and services to new and existing portfolio of customers in order to increase the value of the specified territory/portfolio.

The Business Development Manager must identify and contact key sales targets using a variety of methods and channels: cold calling, warm leads, relevant industry events etc. In turn, building an in-depth understanding of their customers' needs and business drivers to prepare suitable proposals, deliver product presentations and quotations to win and retain the business but whilst always preserving the credibility of the brand.

The sectors the Business Development Manager will sell into include Legal Firms and some IFAs.

This role covers a South West territory.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

Have a proven successful sales background

Ideally have sold into the legal sector

Ideally have a financial services or legal sales background

Be a self-starter

Have excellent presentation , communication, and negotiation skills

Have a technical mindset

Be based in the South West
