Job Description

As part of expanding in the Channel Islands, this industry leading Big 4 firm is now seeking an experienced audit professional with management experience to lead, coach, develop and drive teams forward to achieve success. Whilst you will be faced with complex and demanding client challenges, the team manager and successful audit professional will have the exposure to a varied number of clients.

The Successful Applicant

Vacancies exist for Audit Managers in both the Jersey and Guernsey offices, each Island boasting a unique community of its own. The Channel islands give our candidates a chance to be close to Europe yet develop a career within a fantastic environment. The successful applicants will have to be keen to relocate, or already reside in the Channel Islands looking for a new challenge within a fast paced and entrepreneurial firm. The Audit managers will also possess -

  • Proven track record in managing an audit team
  • ACA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent)
  • Financial services industry experience would offer a competitive advantage
  • Excellent technical expertise with proven industry knowledge
  • Keen to develop, mentor and promote teams
  • Advocate for a healthy work/life balance
  • Ability to communicate Clearly to all levels of staff
  • Forward thinker when faced with new challenges
