About Our Client

The client is a Top 10 accountancy practice with a well established and respected office in Cardiff. They have a reputation for providing excellent service and advice to clients that helps to develop their businesses. Business development is not essential at this level, however promotion to more senior positions is often dependent on the ability to promote the firms wider services to existing and potential clients.

Job Description

You will manage a client portfolio and build and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and clients. You will be expected to co-ordinate all aspects of audit planning including scheduling and attending client meetings, internal review requirements and production of planning documents. As a leader on the audit team, you will address high level technical and audit issues ensuring the audit team are able to concentrate on core audit issues, and you will also have some people management responsibility.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a professionally qualified accountant with significant audit experience. This has possibly been achieved working within one of the local independent practices, and you are looking to step up in your career to increase salary and improve and develop your experience.
