Job Description

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to support clients with their digital marketing strategies. The level of involvement will vary from light-­‐touch assistance, to hands-­‐on strategy development and execution; however the most common service you will be delivering is the FastStart programme. The FastStart programme will see you work with clients to build and evolve their mobile marketing strategy over the course of a 12 week engagement. Initially focussing on Push Notifications, the programme will help establish engagement and conversion baselines from which you will be expected to build and improve upon using segmentation, split testing, retargeting and control group analysis. As well as providing a detailed plan for clients to follow, you will also be expected to be on-­‐hand to provide

assistance and advice on the platform, as well as draw upon your experience of embracing proven marketing techniques. Moving beyond the channel of Push Notifications, you will need to conduct informed and well-­‐defined workshops that take clients on an exploration around the digital messaging landscape to cover alerts, geo-­‐targeting, local notifications, rich inbox & interstitial usage, as well as other forthcoming technical advancements in the digital marketing space. You will be working closely alongside technical colleagues to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions. Given the onsite nature of most of these deliveries, a degree of UK travel will be expected as part of the role, typically around 1-­‐

2 days per week. European travel may be required from time to time, but this will be far less frequent.

As well as delivering services, you will also be expected to provide a degree of 1st line support to existing clients, both over the phone and via email. Where issues are sufficiently complex and require input from the Development team, resolution may require coordination with both the US & Australian technical staff.
