Job Description

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager/Manager you will have responsibility for providing tax technical advice on a variety of projects, which could include:

  • Entrepreneurial advisory work;
  • Large scale restructuring;
  • Transfer pricing;
  • M&A (including cross-border transactions); and
  • Review of UK corporation tax returns and provisions.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues. We would also accept applications from qualified individuals with experience of other disciplines (eg audit) in a Big Four environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify issues and prioritise them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships.
