About Our Client
This multi sited practice has a fantastic foundation and has been in the market place for many years. They have a track record of year on year growth and are looking for somebody to join them in their bookkeeping and payroll department. They boast a really exciting working environment and a relaxed culture which stands out clearly against competitors.
VAT submissions to HMRC.
Book-keeping for clients including; purchases, sales, bank payments and receipts.
The processing of payroll (weekly/monthly payroll + Auto enrolment).
Maintaining Company information, databases and records with Excel, Word, Outlook.
Liaising and building relationships with customers and suppliers.
Monthly ad-hoc reporting.
Maintaining client filing system.
Be a point of contact for customers, quickly and efficiently answering and resolving queries.
Marketing and promoting the practice through marketing, social media and networking events.
Additional duties dependent on experience and interest.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally come from a practice background or self employed, servicing a client base
Have experience in bookkeeping and payroll
Able to drive and have access to a car
What's on Offer
£26,000-£32,000- dependent on experience
